I love this pesto and will buy it again...wish you could make a version with less salt. Good on a baguette with tomato and cheese put at broil.

woody sauce

This pesto sauce had too much of the woody stem in the jar. It was if I was swallowing pieces of a stick. I will try other brands next time.

I love basil and really like garlic, but this sauce was a bit too garlic-y for me, and I agree with another reviewer that there is a large amount of sodium in it. Still on the hunt for my favorite store bought pesto (I may have to finally make my own). Worth a try if on sale, just not my personal favorite.

Me and my family love this sauce. We use it for pasta and chicken. Keep up the good work. We get 25 cans a month.

I love pesto. What is the point of putting so much salt in this? For me, it totally detracted from the idea of and the flavor of pesto. And so unhealthy, too. Sorry - two stars were a stretch - at least the jar can be recycled..
