The price was right so we tried Classico Pesto. Now we enjoy it all of the time. Thanks for making rice, pasta, and sandwiches into a special event.

LOVE!!!!!

Absolutely my favorite store bought pesto. My favorite thing isramen noodles, ditch the seasoning pack and stir in a couple tbsp of classico pesto, a awesome, cheap 4 minute lunch!!!!!k

Not good.

Not good at all. It has way to much garlic in it and it's not chopped finely enough. Do not buy this pesto, get something better like Santini's or make your own at home.

I'm in love

Better than Costco
Posted on 6/1/2014 by Maple Valley WA shopper
We have enjoyed Classico Pesto for several years. Recently we were in a hurry & bought from Costco. There are people who rave over Costco's pesto - it's ok, but too salty.

Classico is the best store bought pesto we've found. I wish you were able to sell it in larger sizes.

Pricing varies widely from store to store, shop around.

Love the chunks

I love this pesto and will buy it again...wish you could make a version with less salt. Good on a baguette with tomato and cheese put at broil.
Miam!

woody sauce

This pesto sauce had too much of the woody stem in the jar. It was if I was swallowing pieces of a stick. I will try other brands next time.

Just Okay...

I love basil and really like garlic, but this sauce was a bit too garlic-y for me, and I agree with another reviewer that there is a large amount of sodium in it. Still on the hunt for my favorite store bought pesto (I may have to finally make my own). Worth a try if on sale, just not my personal favorite.

super great

Me and my family love this sauce. We use it for pasta and chicken. Keep up the good work. We get 25 cans a month.

My Favorite Pesto

Since Classico Pesto and I met, it has been a long term love affair. I will not buy any other pesto.

Tasteful

I love pesto and LOVR cooking with this. On chicken it tastes just so amazing.

TOO SALTY
Posted on 11/13/2013 by G. Martin
I love pesto. What is the point of putting so much salt in this? For me, it totally detracted from the idea of and the flavor of pesto. And so unhealthy, too. Sorry - two stars were a stretch - at least the jar can be recycled..
