Ingredients

  • 1/4 tsp. Cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 1 1/2 lb. Boneless chicken breast, cut into strips
  • 1 lb. Fettuccine, cooked
  • 2 Tbsp. Fresh sage
  • 8 oz. Fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 8 oz. Fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/4 cup Olive oil
  • 3/4 cup Onion, chopped
  • Freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. Prepared mustard
  • 1 cup Dry white wine
  • 1 jar (24 oz.) Classico® Riserva Spicy Arrabbiata Sauce

Directions

  1. Heat oil in large sauce pan over medium heat.
  2. Add chicken, mushrooms, onion and garlic. Cook until chicken is browned.
  3. Add white wine and simmer for one minute.
  4. Stir in Classico® Riserva Spicy Arrabbiata Sauce, sage, mustard and cayenne pepper.
  5. Simmer, covered for 15 minutes.
  6. Stir in spinach. Cook, covered for 2-3 minutes or until spinach is wilted.
  7. Serve over cooked pasta. Sprinkle with grated parmesan to taste. Enjoy!
