Ingredients

  • 1 package (8 oz.) Rotini pasta (or fusilli pasta)
  • 3/4 cup Classico® Basil Pesto Pasta Sauce
  • 1 can (3.8 oz.) Sliced ripe olives, drained
  • 1/2 cup Roasted red peppers, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Chopped walnuts, toasted

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta al dente according to package instructions. Rinse well and drain.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together cooked pasta and Pesto Sauce until well coated. Stir in olives, peppers and cheese. Cover and refrigeratefor 1 hour. Sprinkle with toasted walnuts and serve chilled.
Tips
If desired, substitute Classico Traditional Basil Pesto Sauce & Spread with Classico Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto Sauce & Spread.
If desired, add small pieces/balls of fresh mozzarella cheese.
