Chicken, Rice and Artichoke Casserole

  • 1 bag Success® White Rice (20 oz)
  • 1 jar (15 oz.) Classico® Four Cheese Tomato Cream Pasta Sauce
  • 1 package (10 oz.) Frozen chopped spinach, thawed and excess water removed
  • 1 can (14 oz.) Artichoke hearts, drained
  • 1 can (15 oz.) Italian-style diced tomatoes, drained
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 2 cups Cooked chicken, chopped (1-2" pieces)
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Coat a 2-quart baking dish with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.
  2. Prepare rice according to package directions.
  3. In a large bowl combine rice, Pasta sauce, spinach, artichokes, tomatoes, milk and chicken. Pour mixture into prepared dish.
  4. Top with mozzarella cheese and bake for 20 minutes.
