Heat oil in large skillet on medium-low heat. Add onions; cook 8 to 10 min. or until tender, stirring occasionally and adding garlic for the last 3 min.
Add pasta sauce and cream; stir. Bring to boil, stirring frequently; simmer on medium-low heat 5 min., stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.
Stir in basil.
Serving Suggestion: Serve over hot cooked penne pasta, zucchini noodles or spaghetti squash.
Special Extra: When serving adults, flavor the sauce with vodka if desired. Add 3 Tbsp. vodka to the cooked onion mixture in skillet before adding the pasta sauce; cook until liquid is reduced by half, stirring frequently. Add pasta sauce and cream; continue as directed.
