Ingredients

  • 1 1/8 tbsp Classico® Basil Pesto Pasta Sauce
  • 1 jar (24 oz.) Classico® Vodka Sauce Pasta Sauce
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 package (8 oz.) orzo pasta
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 lb. medium, peeled and deveined raw shrimp
  • 1 lb. raw bay scallops
  • 1 cup clam juice
  • 1 can (6.5 oz.) chopped clams in clam juice

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta al dente according to package instructions. Drain and keep warm.
  2. Meanwhile, in a large saucepan coated with nonstick cooking spray over medium high heat, cook onion and celery for 4 to 6 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally. Add shrimp and scallops, and cook for additional 2 to 3 minutes, stirring occassionally. Add clam juice and chopped clams, and cook for 1 to 2 minutes, or until heated through. Reduce heat to medium, add Pasta Sauce and simmer 4 to 6 minutes. Stir in hot cooked pasta and serve warm.
Tips
If desired, add 1/2 lb. of swordfish or cod, cut into 1-in. cubes. Add to saucepan with raw shrimp.
