  • 1 Tbsp. Capers (optional)
  • 4 oz. 4 Cod fillets (or other firm white fish)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 jar (24 oz.) Classico® Riserva Triple Olive Puttanesca Sauce


  1. Season cod fillets with salt and pepper and set aside.
  2. Pour Classico® Riserva Triple Olive Puttanesca Sauce into large skillet and bring to a light simmer.
  3. Add cod fillets, and capers (optional) and cover skillet with a lid.
  4. Over medium heat, cook for about 8-10 minutes or until fish easily flakes.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with rice or pasta.
