Marinara Zucchini and Cheese Crostini

  • 1 French baguette sliced
  • 1 zucchini sliced (1/4 inch thick)
  • 5 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 cup shredded Mozzarella
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • 1 cup Classico Riserva Marinara sauce


  1. Preheat oven to 375 F.
  2. Brush slices of baguette with olive oil and season with salt and pepper
  3. Roast until slightly brown in color
  4. Season zucchini with salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil, grill until done on both sides
  5. Place on sheet tray to cool
  6. Add 1 tbsp olive oil to sliced zucchini
  7. Add mozzarella cheese
  8. Top each crostini with 1 tbsp Riserva® by Classico Marinara sauce and a spoonful of zucchini
  9. Place on sheet tray and bake in oven until cheese is melted
  10. Serve immediately
