  • 1 jar (15 oz.) Classico® Light Asiago Romano Alfredo Pasta Sauce
  • 1 coconut milk
  • 2 bags (1 lb each) cole slaw mix
  • 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 cup thinly sliced red onion, about 1 small
  • 1 cup peanuts, toasted, about 6 oz.
  • 1/2 cup sliced green onion
  • 1/2 cup coconut, toasted


  1. In a large bowl, combine Classico® Light Asiago Romano Alfredo Pasta Sauce, coconut milk, vinegar, soy sauce and sugar.
  2. In the same bowl, add cole slaw mix, red onion, peanuts and green onion. Toss to coat and refrigerate for up to an hour.
  3. Place in a large serving bowl and sprinkle with toasted coconut.
